Ongoing work

In some cases, ongoing work may be useful following an engagement.

This is not standard, and not always necessary.

It depends on:

  • the nature of the work

  • what is uncovered during the engagement

  • whether there is value in continuing

Where it does continue, the focus remains the same:

  • working with what is actually happening

  • maintaining clarity as changes are made

  • addressing new or shifting points of difficulty

Ongoing work is limited and agreed on a case-by-case basis.
